The Works and Projects Program (PTO) is a document in which all aspects of a mining project are described, such as: the results of the geological exploration works, the designs of the mining operation and the economic feasibility studies of the project. Every mining owner must submit their PTO to the National Mining Agency (ANM) and the approval of this document is a requirement to begin mining operations (except for traditional miners).
