According to Resolution 514 of 2023, this form must be submitted annually within the first ten (10) days of the month of February of each year and only applies to mining titles that have approved the Works and Projects Program (PTO), under the guidelines of the Colombian Standard of Resources and Reserves or any other standard internationally recognized by CRIRSCO.
